Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Return requests can only be submitted after the product has been delivered.

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Products may be tried on, but may not be worn for extended periods or show signs of use.

• Purchasing multiple sizes with the intention of returning some items is not permitted.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties, taxes, and international shipping fees.

Return Procedure

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

After the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided, Mei Ling & Hui Ling Hong Kong cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
